After 37 years as a System Engineer, Project Manager, Mid-Level Organizational Chief, Hiring Lead and Professional Development Director, Troy Heiner retired from the Federal Government and started a coaching and consulting business, TFH Transformations LLC.

In this stage of life, Troy is focused on giving back, sharing his knowledge and expertise in solving problems, implementing systems and frameworks to help his clients tackle the next big challenge in their lives.
